(2024 Jinju Yudeung Festival, Jinyangho, SabongGongso, Jinju SeungsanVillage (RichVillage)) Hello, I'm Mary sister. 1.The Jinju Yudeung Festival, held every October, is one of the festivals with a long tradition in Korea. It is a festival that originated from the Imjin War(1592~1598), which is related to the greatest general in Korea, admiral Yi Sun-shin. 2.Jinyang Lake's name, which was built in 1970, comes from Jinyang, Jinju's old name. It is a tourist attraction with a zoo and a monorail. 3.In the Jungchon village of Muchon-ri, Sabong-myeon, Jinju-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, there is the tomb of Jeong Chan-moon, a martyr to the remains. The tomb features no head. Born in the Jungchon village of Heuyu Pass in 1822, Jeong Chan-moon was arrested by Jinju Pozol in the fall of 1866, when the disease caused him to suffer from persecution, and eventually died in prison. His body, which had been left in prison for three days, was recovered only by his cousins and buried near his hometown, after which the martyr's grave was forgotten after many years of neglect. In 1946, Father Seo Jeong-do of Munsan Cathedral heard about the tomb from the chairman of the public prosecutor's office, Gumsil, and in March 1948, he found the tomb of a martyr on the trail of Heuyu Pass after receiving a tip from Gwangsan Kim, who lived in Muchon-ri. He then moved to the newly built Sabong Public Prosecutor's Mausoleum in 1975 and built a martyr's monument in 1978 when the mausoleum was renovated. Jeong Chan-moon Antonio was beatified by Pope Francis at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on Aug. 16, 2014. 4.Seungsan-ri, Jisu-myeon, Jinju-si, is a village that has produced numerous entrepreneurs in one village, and Gimhae Heo and Neungseong Koo, who raised GS Group and LG Group, form a collective village.
