The peddler truck of the island village is a very welcome customer, and the elderly people who are worried that the peddler will not come anymore because the village is small, so they buy even one thousand won bill… The peddler truck that has everything except for the things that are not there, and the elderly people who come out barefoot and wait for the peddler. The owner of the truck is Choi Nak-yeon (66), a merchant who travels around the islands. This all-in-one truck only travels around the islands. The reason he insists on going to the islands is because Choi Nak-yeon (66) believes that the place where all things are needed now is the ‘island.’ The items on the truck range from cutlery sets to dishes. He is a jack of all trades, easily solving everything the elderly bring in, including the countless items in his truck. People who come to him from afar, as if in a trance, are busy looking at everything, and he is often seen bargaining here and there. His wandering truck life continues, going around the island and back again. Yeongwol, Gangwon-do, calling himself a truck errand boy “I’ve been in business my whole life. If possible, I deliberately deliver things that I don’t have to. If there’s something I can help with while delivering them… The adults know. The people gathered at the village hall wait for the truck. The main stage for Son Byeong-cheol’s (62) truck is about 30 villages hidden in every nook and cranny of the mountains of Gangwon-do. A truck packed with over 300 items including vegetables, fish, and clothes is a truck that has everything except what is not there. This truck can receive ordered items and also accept credit.
