Today I have a fantastic cookie recipe for you. You can conjure up five different cookies from just one basic dough, and each one is tastier than the next! There really is something for everyone here, and you get around 250 cookies from the ingredients mentioned. Firstly, we have Florentine cookies with a delicious honey-almond layer surrounded by chocolate. Then there are the classic Linzer cookies with jam. There are also cinnamon roll cookies that really taste 1 to 1 like the original, just in cookie form. My children especially liked these cookies. They grabbed them straight away and they were gone. Then I made incredibly delicious pistachio rings with white chocolate. And here I really liked the look, because it's something completely different. Last but not least, there are chocolate hazelnut cookies filled with a delicious hazelnut cream. These are the tastiest cookies I've ever baked. You absolutely have to try them! 00:00 Intro 00:15 Introduction 01:02 Basic dough 04:30 Pistachio rings 06:37 Florentine cookies 10:34 Chocolate hazelnut cookies 13:04 Linzer cookies 15:00 Cinnamon roll cookies 17:50 All cookies & outro INGREDIENTS Basic dough 1kg wheat flour 560g soft butter 350g sugar 3 eggs size M 1 tbsp vanilla extract or 2 packages vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp salt Resting time: 1-2 hours in the fridge Oven info: preheated oven, 180° top and bottom heat Florentine cookies (approx. 50-60 pieces) 1/5 basic dough 50g ground almonds 300g chocolate coating For the almond mixture: 50g sugar 50g butter 50ml cream 20g honey 100g almond flakes Baking time: 11 minutes Cinnamon cookies (approx. 40 pieces) 1/5 basic dough 1 tbsp flour 15g melted butter 50g brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon Baking time: 10-12 minutes Linzer cookies (approx. 40 pieces) 1/5 basic dough 1 tbsp flour Jam of your choice Baking time: 9-10 minutes Chocolate hazelnut cookies (approx. 40 pieces) 1/5 basic dough 40g chopped hazelnuts 15g baking cocoa Hazelnut cream 50g chocolate coating for decoration Baking time: 9 minutes Pistachio cookies (approx. 30-40 pieces) 1/5 basic dough 50g ground pistachios 50g white chocolate coating for decoration Baking time: 11 minutes If you only want to bake one type of cookie, you can adjust the ingredients accordingly. To do this, multiply the extra ingredients for each cookie by 5, as we previously divided the dough into five. Depending on the cookie, you will get around 200-300 cookies from the ingredients mentioned. If you bake Linzer cookies, for example, you will get fewer cookies overall because you need two layers per cookie. For Florentine cookies, you will get more. Here is an example of the conversion: For approx. 250-300 Florentine cookies Basic dough 1kg wheat flour 550g soft butter 350g sugar 3 eggs size M 250g ground almonds 1 tbsp vanilla extract or 2 packages of vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1kg chocolate coating For the almond mixture 250g sugar 250g butter 250g cream 100g honey 500g sliced almonds If you only want to bake half, then divide all the ingredients by two, for a third by three, etc. Feel free to follow me on my Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/rocksbakery...
