The new stop on our Turkey's Markets adventure with my master Coşkun Aral is Şarköy Market... Thrace is a fascinating region with its nature, air and diversity. We visited Şarköy Market, which is set up on Tuesday, to discover, taste and experience the blessings of this geography. Şarköy Market, which is set up on Tuesday, is actually a bit small. The market set up on Friday is bigger. However, we preferred Şarköy Tuesday Market due to the convenience of the calendar. We can say that Şarköy Market is a mixed market where village women and local people sell their local products and the vegetables and fruits they grow on their own small stalls, as well as market tradesmen. The market, which we entered with Coşkun Aral, with our backs to the sea, is spread out over the back streets of Şarköy and is a market that is easy to walk and wander around due to the structure of the streets. You may remember that Samsun Modern Market was right in the middle of the market. Şarköy Market, on the other hand, is a bit more among the settlements. In other words, although there are markets of course, it is not in the middle of a busy market. You can find all kinds of vegetables and fruits in the market. Tomatoes, henna okra and different types of grapes are the first to catch your eye. We did not forget to buy and taste the delicious black grapes known as gardinal grapes. While walking among the stalls, we thought a lot about what to cook today. When we saw the ball-shaped zucchinis and eggplants, we thought why not make stuffed vegetables and rolled up our sleeves. Again, we got information from the locals about Şarköy local dishes and Thrace local dishes. We did not forget to ask how to make Stuffed Zucchini. After buying all the necessary ingredients from the market, we headed to Chateau Kalpak Vineyards where we would cook. We would also like to thank Chateau Kalpak Vineyards for opening its doors to us with its magnificent view right before the grape harvest. If you would like to get information about Chateau Kalpak Vineyards and its special wines, you can visit http://kalpak.net/. A Ford Kuga accompanied us on this journey that started early in the morning from Istanbul to Şarköy. We traveled safely without taking our eyes off the road with the Ford Kuga equipped with SYNC technology. For more information about the Ford Kuga, you can visit https://www.ford.com.tr/otomobiller/f... and discover the car through the digital studio. We did not forget to stop by Shell Select, which hosts the enjoyable breaks of our journeys, and taste the bakery flavors and coffee beans. You can also visit Shell Selects for enjoyable breaks and delicious snacks and taste deli2go products. For more information, you can visit https://www.shell.com.tr/suruculer/de... As in all our other trips, this time we added flavor to our meals with Asiltane Olive Oil. We made a very delicious meal with the naturalness of Asiltane Olive Oil.
