Name "Aimė" seems difficult to some, but when creating, I wanted to pass on a little of my Lithuanian roots. Translated "Aimė" means "a lot". This word in its meaning also accommodates me as a creator, because it encrypts my name and surname. It also perfectly describes my idea of creating new things from an obsolete clothes, jewelry, or other things that were supposed to become waste. This is the main idea of Aimė, but caught up in the inspiration, I also make something with natural shells, stones or wood too. AIMĖ as a word, and as a brand holds MANY meanings, but main it tries to cultivate a recycling culture, popularize slow fashion, encourages love of handicrafts, naturally conveys organic forms, and draws inspiration from nature.
